Latrobe Valley Village, an independent not-for-profit aged care provider in Newborough, seeks a Senior HR Leader to drive workforce and culture across the organisation. You will supervise the HR Administrator, leverage external employment law support, and ensure compliance under the Aged Care Act 2024.

This 0.8 EFT in office role reports to the Director Business Operations, with strategic accountability to the CEO.
