Torquay College is seeking Learning Specialists who will spend the majority of their time in the classroom while delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You will mentor and coach teachers, observe demonstrations, and lead school-based skilled learning to raise achievement, engagement and wellbeing.
The role requires deep knowledge of high-quality teaching, data-informed practice, and the ability to model excellence within the Teaching Service.
