About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Dispatch team. This role is a full-time position that plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations.





The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our customer orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Check orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the warehouse.
- Prepare dispatch paperwork, labels and consignment notes.
- Load and unload goods safely when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised dispatch area.
- Meet daily dispatch deadlines and productivity targets.

About You

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Willing and able to lift furniture pieces up to 20kg.
- Basic computer and scanner skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential (if applicable)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and support different areas if needed.
