UnitingSA is seeking a dedicated Tailored Learning Case Manager to support young people aged 12–25 at risk of disengagement. Based in Noarlunga Centre, you will engage with schools, community groups and referrals to help youth reconnect with education, training and employment.

You will assess needs, develop plans and advocate for positive outcomes, delivering programs that build resilience, life skills and pathways to chance. Join a values-driven organisation making a real difference.
