CREATE Foundation is seeking a State Program & Engagement Coordinator to lead NSW state programs and engagement activities. You will provide leadership to state-based staff, ensure safe, high-quality program delivery and build robust relationships with children, young people and sector partners across NSW.
You’ll work with national teams to support consultation, advocacy and system-wide improvements, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership in a dynamic community service environment.
