Conexson is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for casual shifts across Victor Harbor and Encounter Bay in SA. Work across multiple Residential Aged Care facilities with the freedom to choose when and where you work, backed by weekly pay and a supportive agency team.
You will deliver protected, person-centred care, administer medications per care plans, monitor residents, mentor support staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to meet facility standards.
