Gateways Support Services in Geelong is seeking a Residential Support Worker to empower people to live independently and participate in the community. You will provide hands-on support in a safe, inclusive setting and be part of a caring care team.

The role includes assisting with daily living, supporting activities, and maintaining detailed records, with shifts on a fortnightly Week 1/Week 2 roster that includes sleepovers and varied hours.
