What we need
We have a Permanent Full time or Part Time (negotiable) opportunity for a highly motivated, outside the box thinker to join our team as a Corporate Rostering Officer

What will you do?
As the Corporate Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Management of the daily rostering of employees
- Ensuring sick leave, annual leave and general vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff that meet contractual and EBA requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and sick leave certificatesand arrange orientation fornew staff as necessary.
- Maintain internal education records.




- Complete other ad-hoc administration duties as directed by the Rostering Manager

What you bring to the role

- Demonstrated experience in contemporary record keeping
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Rostering Experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting (highly desirable)
