Experienced Dental Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at WiSE Dental Macquarie Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy dental practice, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time employment, with availability required across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

WiSE Dental is a modern, fully equipped dental clinic located in the heart of Macquarie Park. We operate extended hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week, providing greater accessibility for our patients and flexibility for our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing patient appointments, bookings and cancellations
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and handling patient enquiries
- Processing payments, health fund claims and HICAPS transactions
- Coordinating treatment appointments and following up with patients
- Managing patient recalls, appointment confirmations and outstanding treatment bookings
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information using Dental4Windows (D4W)
- Liaising with dentists, clinical staff and external laboratories




- Assisting with general reception administration and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic

About You

We are looking for a confident, organized and friendly individual who can manage a busy reception environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working as a Dental Receptionist
- Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Confidence in managing patient bookings, payments and enquiries
- A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
- Reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
