UGL is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support Alcoa operations, based in Pinjarra with occasional travel to Wagerup. The role offers hands-on HSE leadership, coaching and assurance, partnering with project leaders, supervisors and frontline teams to foster a Zero Harm culture and secure, successful project delivery.

You will conduct audits, deliver inductions, drive workforce engagement and maintain risk registers, reporting and compliance across site operations.
