We have a new opportunity available within a reputable and successful Financial Services company who provide a range of services to their clients nationally. With an integrated service offering that includes Accounting, Wealth Management, Investment, Lending and Insurance advice to help individuals and businesses manage and grow their wealth and protect their assets, the company is focused on meeting the needs of their clients through a collaborative approach to financial management.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Senior Financial Adviser who excels at meeting new clients and enjoys the initial Discovery phase. This role emphasizes collaboration and allows you to focus on being in front of clients.

The key elements of your will include the following:

- Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your KPIs
- Partner with the internal team of Accountants and Wealth Advisers
- Develop joint account plans with the Accounting team,



to position the Wealth Management service
- Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work
- Enjoy a steady supply of leads from Inbound and Outbound programs

To be successful in securing this position, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser, having been listed on the Adviser register
- Able to communicate with clients across all levels of advice
- Driven, relationship-focused, and self-motivated
- Passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success
- A strong collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent business development skills combined with a drive for growth
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
