Practice Manager / Business Development Manager –
Aged Care GP Services

Help coordinate quality GP care for aged care residents while building solid partnerships with residential aged care facilities.

We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-focused Practice Manager / Business Development Manager to support and grow our aged care general practice service.

This hands-on role combines day-to-day operations, GP coordination and business development. It would suit someone who enjoys working with doctors, supporting administrative teams and developing relationships across the aged care sector.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations and administrative workflows for our aged care GP service.

- Coordinating GP visits, rosters, referrals and current resident onboarding.

- Building and maintaining relationships with facility managers, nursing teams, residents and families.

- Identifying recent opportunities and introducing our GP services to aged care facilities.

- Coordinating new facility onboarding and supporting service expansion.

- Overseeing patient records, appointment management, billing processes and follow-up tasks.

- Supporting staff training,



improving workflows and resolving service enquiries.

- Working closely with management to maintain reliable, responsive care.

About you

You will bring:

- Experience in medical practice management, healthcare operations, business development or aged care coordination.

- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence working independently, managing priorities and following tasks through to completion.

- A professional, compassionate approach and respect for patient privacy.

- Confidence using clinical software and general office systems.

Previous experience with Best Practice software and/or in aged care is preferred. Applicants with either background are encouraged to apply.

Experience working with GPs, Medicare billing or residential aged care facilities would also be highly regarded.
