Xero is seeking a Lead Engineer in its Internal AI Accelerator Squad to drive AI-native transformation. You will embed with internal teams to co-design and operationalise agentic AI workflows, removing toil and reshaping how people work end-to-end.

You will lead delivery of AI agents from discovery to production, defining patterns and tooling for secure automation while evangelising best practices across the business.
