SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate III in Fitness (essential)/Certificate IV in Fitness (desirable).
- Experience in Group Fitness (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.




- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
- Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for engaging both team members and clients to strengthen the brand. Skilled in supporting diverse tasks and mentoring future leaders to help them achieve peak performance.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence through strong organisational and formal operational skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and agility in adapting to evolving business needs.
- Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values, and behaviours while being passionate about our brands. You will demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive new member sign-ups, manage renewals, and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all members and guests receive high-quality service; handle complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standard of operational procedures. Manage administration, auditing and organisation of the club, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Ensure all activities, equipment, and facilities comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule and manage in club staff; ensure high team performance and morale.
