You will set the learning strategy, ensure mandatory training and competencies, and guide a small team of Coordinators who support staff on the floor in applying training in practice.
This role drives value by aligning training with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, building a culture of continuous learning, and developing leadership paths.
