The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Allocator within the Nursing Workforce Unit to coordinate staffing replacements and allocations across wards and departments. You will work with the Access & Hospital Management team to ensure appropriate staffing to support high‑quality patient care.

Shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays, 0530–2200; opportunity for ongoing training, a supportive team setting, and salary packaging.
