The Star Brisbane is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Food & Beverage and Events team. You’ll be the information hub, handling guest inquiries, dining reservations and small functions, while supporting onboarding and communications to keep the team running smoothly.

Reporting to the General Manager Food & Beverage and Events, you’ll work closely with venue leaders and guests in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
