St Albans Hospitality in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Reservations Officer to join our team and be part of the guest experience from the first hello. You’ll manage bookings, answer enquiries and work closely with our venue teams to keep everything running smoothly.
This busy, hands-on role requires a warm, skilled approach, excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm when busy. Experience with reservations systems (SevenRooms a plus) and a flexible Monday–Friday
