We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented International Coordinator to join our international team in a permanent part-time role, working 25 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills to support the smooth delivery of international moving services while building their experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating international shipments in line with customer expectations and agreed timeframes
Managing shipping schedules and associated documentation
Responding to customer enquiries and providing shipment updates
Providing general administrative support to the international team
What You'll Bring
Experience or qualifications in Import/Export (preferred)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Robust attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
