Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Officer to provide in office and on-call support in Urraween, Queensland. The role involves assisting end users with Windows 10/11, Intune, and cloud apps, plus collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues and ensure service quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in desktop support, strong AD/GPs knowledge, PowerShell skills, and solid customer communication. This position is based on-site with potential enterprise IT exposure.
