Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruiting Business Partner to lead candidate generation initiatives across Australia in partnership with hiring managers. This full time role requires in-office presence five days a week at the CBD location in Sydney or Melbourne.

You will build networks, assess candidates for cultural fit, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and continuously refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality hires for diverse roles.
