A Medical receptionist is required 1 day per work at the Mareeba North Queensland Eye Clinic.

The North Queensland Eye Clinic is a Agile ophthalmic clinic servicing both Cairns and the Atherton Tablelands.

Travel between clinic locations is required on an as-needed basis.

Experience working in a specialist clinic and good people skills is highly desirable. The successful applicant will have many opportunities to learn new skills using the latest ophthalmic technology.

Responsibilities will include:

- Meeting & greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling patient consultations and attending inquiries.
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidently and efficiently.
- Experience with medical practice software systems is preferred for efficient medical records management.
- Invoicing and receipting patient consultations.
- Attending to doctors requests.
