Lives Lived Well in Lithgow is seeking an AOD Youth Counsellor / Case Manager to provide counselling and therapeutic support to young people, assess needs, and develop individual support plans, drawing on trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.

You will deliver outreach across Lithgow and nearby communities, run youth-focused groups, work with families and schools, and help young people access further supports while keeping detailed client records.
