Location: Truganina, VIC | Casual Ongoing | $38.66 per hour

Our client is a well-established grocery, cold storage and liquor distribution warehouse based in Truganina. They are currently seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking Voice Pickers with Tugger experience to join their team on an ongoing casual basis.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform voice picking duties while safely operating a tugger.
- Accurately select and pick stock according to voice-picking instructions.
- Handle products carefully, including fragile items.
- Repetitively lift and move items weighing up to 25kg.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability across all rostered shifts.
- Be available Monday to Friday, with overtime when required.





What We're Looking For

- Previous voice picking or similar warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 25kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending all rostered shifts.
- Adaptable availability between 5:00am and 6:00pm, including overtime when required.
- Must have valid Australian working rights.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport are essential, as public transport is not available to the site.
