This is a varied role combining medical reception, patient coordination, surgical bookings and medical billing.
Key responsibilities
- Managing appointments and referrals
- Communicating with patients and families
- Coordinating surgery with private hospitals
- Helping ensure the day-to-day practice runs efficiently
- Solving routine problems independently
About you
- Warm, highly organised, proactive and reliable
- Ability to prioritise in a busy specialist workplace
- Comfortable solving routine problems independently
- Previous experience in specialist medical reception, surgical bookings or medical billing highly regarded
- ENT experience advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with Gentu or Xestro advantageous but not essential
