Talenza is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced Change Lead - ANZ to drive readiness, engagement and adoption across a major technology transformation in Sydney.

In this 2-year fixed-term contract, you will lead regional change management activities, partner with business leaders, technology teams and programme stakeholders to ensure changes are embedded across ANZ with measurable perks.

Location: Sydney. Start: January 2027.
