The role provides on-site/on-call assistance to end users within the desktop computing setting to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Requirements include 2+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting (Intune, cloud, thick-build), MS Office knowledge, and PowerShell scripting.
