RAC Insurance Claims is seeking a Claims Specialist based in Perth on a 12-month contract/secondment. The role involves managing a caseload of claims, negotiating settlements and reviewing repair quotes, with a mix of office and home-based work across Week 1 and Week 2 schedules.

You will provide excellent customer service, handle complex conversations with empathy, and act as a technical referral point for internal teams. Previous claims and financial services experience are desirable.
