We are seeking a committed and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in Tottenham, Victoria.

In this role, you will deliver Speech Therapy in the community, including conducting assessments, developing strategies and innovative resources to support a growing allied health team responsible for managing new and existing participants.

Responsibilities:

You’ll work with children and families across a range of communication and developmental needs,



with the opportunity to develop your caseload around your clinical interests.

This may include:

- Speech sound disorders
- Social communication
- Literacy
- Fluency
- Autism and neurodivergence
- AAC and assistive technology
- Disability and complex communication needs

Required:

- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with rights to work within Australia
- A current Australian driver's license, Working With Children Check and National Police Certificate
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work independently across varied settings
- Experience in acquired brain injury or trauma-informed practice is welcome but not essential
- Post-graduate experience with complex-needs populations
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
