Downer Rail & Transit Systems in Queensland seeks an experienced Methods Engineering Manager to lead production optimisation, ramp-up from start-up to series production, and continuous improvement across the QTMP project at the Torbanlea facility.

You will mentor a growing team of engineers, drive lean manufacturing practices, ensure safety and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce capabilities with build process requirements.
