All Family Nursing Care is a nurse practitioner led registered NDIS provider specialising in mental health, accommodation, and community nursing. Our team of Support Workers, Children and Youth Workers provide 24/7 support to participants with complex needs. Duties include personal care (may include full assistance with cares, including hoisting and wheelchair for mobility), in-home support, supported independent living,



community access, school runs and domestic assistance.

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Experienced in NDIS/ Aged Care

Valid Open Australian Driver’s License and Reliable Comprehensive Insured Vehicle.

Professional indemnity and public liability insurance ($10m each).

CSBS is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers to support a participant with complex clinical and personal care needs in Little Mountain .

This participant is in their 70s and lives with Stiff Person Syndrome , requiring a combination of personal care, daily living assistance, and specialised health supports. This is an ideal prospect for support workers who are confident working alongside clinical care plans and have experience supporting participants with higher health support needs.

While this is not a nursing role ,



we are looking for someone who is comfortable providing hands-on support, monitoring participant wellbeing, and following specialised health care procedures, including PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.
