As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic procedures across your designated territory. Supported by our operations and product management teams, you will be responsible for:

- Providing clinical and technical support during orthopaedic surgical procedures.
- Educating surgeons, nursing staff and theatre personnel on product use and surgical techniques.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
- Ensuring surgical cases are adequately planned, prepared and supported.
- Maintaining a high level of product, clinical, and industry knowledge.
- Collaborating with our sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Previous experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, healthcare, sports medicine, or a clinical environment highly regarded.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build credibility and confidence with surgeons and clinical staff.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to travel within your territory and attend cases outside standard business hours when required.
