In this 6-month contract, you will lead the delivery of workplace and technology transformation projects across multiple locations. Working with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors, you'll manage office relocations, technology migrations and workplace improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless project delivery and minimal disruption to operations. Interstate travel to project sites is a key part of the role.

We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet key deliverables. Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at The Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the delivery of office relocation and workplace transition projects across multiple locations.

Plan and coordinate the migration of technology infrastructure, including networks, telecommunications and end-user technology.

Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Coordinate internal teams, facilities providers,



technology vendors and external contractors throughout project delivery.

Drive business readiness, cutover planning and transition activities to minimise disruption to operations.

Travel regularly to project sites to oversee activities, engage stakeholders and support successful project outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience delivering office relocation, workplace transformation, technology migration or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technology and telecommunications environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and competing priorities across geographically dispersed locations.

Excellent project planning, risk management and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivery outcomes.

Experience leading business change and transition activities while maintaining operational continuity.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
