Gladstone Community Linking Agency (GCLA) is seeking dedicated NDIS Support Workers to assist individuals with disabilities in the Gladstone area. You will provide personal care, help with daily living tasks, support community participation, and enable independent living in a high-intensity SILS setting.

We operate 24/7 so shifts can include nights, weekends, or public holidays. A genuine passion for empowering others and strong teamwork are essential.
