Go1 is seeking a Simulation Content Designer in Australia to create realistic workplace simulations that reveal how people apply judgement in practice. This hands-on role combines instructional design, behavioural assessment and AI-powered product development.

You’ll partner with Product, Research, Engineering and subject-matter experts to shape simulations from learning need through testing and review, turning policies and capabilities into believable scenarios.
