About the Role

As a Senior Chef, you will play a key leadership role within the kitchen, supporting daily operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support kitchen teams during service.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost management.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health standards.




- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve operational goals.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or experienced Chef de Partie.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for quality food and continuous improvement.
