Endeavour Foundation in Mermaid Waters, QLD, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for a permanent position on a day-based program in Learning & Lifestyle Centre and Community Access. The role includes a 45 hour per fortnight contract, focusing on activities that promote independence, social inclusion and personal growth.

You will support participants with diverse needs, deliver meaningful programs, and help them achieve NDIS goals through centre-based and community activities.
