OceanaGold is seeking a System Analyst (SuccessFactors) to own and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules for our global People & Culture processes. You will translate business requirements into reliable system solutions and collaborate with Payroll and Technology teams across time zones.

This hands‑on role covers SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Active Directory, INX and Snowflake, reporting to the Manager IT Applications. Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
