Senior Consultant - Transaction Services

About The Role

As a Senior Consultant - Transaction Services, you’ll work closely with experienced Managers, Directors and Partners, private equity investors, corporate acquirers and privately owned businesses and play a key role in delivering financial due diligence and transaction advisory services on acquisitions, investments, divestments and capital transactions.

- Helping deliver financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion
- Analysing key transaction drivers, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow trends and transaction risks
- Contributing insights and recommendations that support successful deal outcomes
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders throughout the transaction
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
- Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has approximately 3–5 years' experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Deals Advisory or a related field
- Has gained experience within a leading advisory,



accounting or professional services firm
- Has strong technical skills in financial analysis, due diligence and transaction reporting
- Holds a CA, CPA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
- Can manage competing priorities and deliver quality work under tight timeframes
- Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Has a collaborative approach and a willingness to support and coach junior team members
