Australia Post is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer in Recent South Wales. The role involves handling customer transactions, promoting products, and assisting with mail and parcels services across several Post Offices in Belmont, Cardiff, Charlestown, Hamilton and surrounding areas.

You will join a team with on-the-job training for 12 weeks, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential for delivering great service.
