Discover Nursing Australia is seeking qualified Disability Support Workers to assist participants in the Ruthven Street area of Toowoomba City. Workers provide transport, social outings and practical daily support within a nurse-led framework.

As independent contractors, you will work with our coordination team, follow support plans, and help participants access their community while maintaining accurate notes and safeguarding participant wellbeing.
