Allclass, a Queensland-born 5-star Kubota and Merlo dealer, is looking for a seasoned Group People & Safety Manager to shape our people strategy and lead the WHS function across our sites. Reporting to Directors, you’ll partner with the ELT to drive a secure, high-performing workplace and strong leadership capability.
You’ll oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention while advising on employment relations, remuneration and policy design across the business.
