Whatyou'llbedoing

- TakeownershipofMajorIncidentsandprovidetimelystakeholderupdates
- SupportServiceDeskAnalyststhroughqueuemanagement,knowledgereviewandqualityassurance
- AssistwithnewandimprovedServiceDeskprocesses
- Participateinthetransitionofnewclients
- Identifyanddocumentknowledgegaps

Whatwe'relookingfor

You'llbringstrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,excellentcustomerservicecapabilityandtheabilitytostayeffectiveinbusy,high-pressuresituations.

Experienceorknowledgeacrossthefollowingwillbehighlyregarded:

- Windows10&Windows11troubleshooting;
- MicrosoftOfficeandOutlook




- ServiceNoworsimilarITSMticketingplatforms
- ITILandServiceLevelAgreements
- Relevanttertiaryordiplomaqualificationsandindustrycertificationsaredesirable,withITILv4willbehighlyregarded.
