- Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, audio-visual requirements, accessibility, suppliers, and event materials.
- Prepare event documentation, including schedules, run sheets, briefings, attendee lists, and risk documentation.
- Manage registrations and communications with attendees, speakers, facilitators, and other contributors.
- Monitor budgets, obtain quotes, process invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee on-the-day delivery, including registrations, speaker support, supplier coordination, program timing, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including sector partners, government representatives, and suppliers.

- Prepare event-related communications and promotional content across digital and print channels.
- Evaluate event delivery and recommend improvements for future activities.

Who we are looking for:

You will be an adaptable and detail-oriented events professional with experience coordinating events through their full lifecycle. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working with diverse stakeholders, and responding calmly when circumstances change.
