St Jude's Health Care Group is seeking a Disability Support Worker - Accommodation to support clients living in supported accommodation in Redbank Plains and travel to Bethania for training. You will build skilled relationships and assist clients to achieve their goals within the NDIS framework.

Responsibilities include aiding daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, community participation, and liaising with families to ensure safe, person-centred care in home and community
