The Busy Group in Melbourne is seeking a Transition to Work coordinator to provide intensive, pre-employment support to help young people enter work or education. You will assess barriers, tailor guidance and help clients progress toward sustainable employment.
This full time fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027, based at the Dandenong Office with standard hours 8:30am–5pm. You will collaborate with employers, communities and education partners to unlock opportunities.
