ETISK - ecommerce & retail recruitment is partnering with an ambitious D2C apparel & lifestyle brand in Australia to appoint a CRM & Loyalty Manager. You will own the CRM roadmap, lifecycle journeys and loyalty initiatives, translating customer insights into growth.

You'll work with Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to optimise messages across email, SMS and other owned channels, driving revenue and customer lifetime value in a rapid‑moving consumer business.
