Position Summary
The Campus Pastor in a regional location provides spiritual, pastoral, and operational leadership to a unique regional church campus, helping create a healthy, welcoming, and growing church community. This role exists to connect the church to community, disciple people to the place of them discipling others, develop teams that multiply leaders, and ensure the congregation is well cared for.

The ideal candidate leads with a servant-hearted attitude, remains open to feedback and personal growth, takes initiative to continually improve, communicates clearly and frequently, leads with wisdom and vulnerability, and is deeply committed to growing healthy LifeHouse culture while helping people feel cared for, encouraged and challenged.

The role can be tailored to the candidate’s strength and experiences, with possibilities ranging from 2 days a week to full-time. The salary package can be valued between $25,000-75,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide pastoral leadership and spiritual oversight to campus communities
- Communicate and champion the big-picture vision and culture of LifeHouse
- Preach and teach as required
- Foster a robust culture of prayer, discipleship, and spiritual growth
- Recruit, lead, train, and develop volunteer and staff teams




- Build healthy leadership culture within the campus
- Identify and develop emerging leaders
- Ensure teams feel supported, empowered, and cared for

Campus Operations & Experience

- Oversee the overall campus experience from arrival to follow-up
- Ensure services and ministries operate with excellence and consistency
- Work collaboratively with central team
- Maintain healthy systems, communication, and organisation

Pastoral Care & Community

- Build solid relationships within the church and local community, particularly amongst the existing projects
- Provide pastoral support, guidance, and care where appropriate
- Help people feel connected, valued, and known

Support community engagement and outreach initiatives
