Vicinity Limited is seeking a commercially minded Mall Leasing Business Development Executive to identify recent retailers and concepts for Vicinity’s shopping centres through pop-ups, kiosks, and short-term leasing opportunities.
You will build a prospecting pipeline, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with Centre Management, Leasing and Marketing teams to curate the right retail mix and enhance customer experience across multiple centres.
