The Y NSW is seeking an experienced leader to oversee OSHC program quality and daily operations. You will collaborate with the Director to deliver high-quality programs, ensure compliance, and foster a positive experience for children, families, and educators across NSW.
In this permanent, full time role, you will lead planning, reflection, and continuous improvement, support enrolment and site readiness, and coach educators to uphold The Y NSW values and safeguarding standards.
